Jonathon,

I too had that problem and when I called they couldn't locate my
information because they need the PO number from the third party. That
has been resolved but the company my Voc Rehab went through had to call
to verify my SMA for my unit and then they called back and said the
upgrade would be shipped to them and then they would ship it me.

Is it possible to have this changed to my address? I will be moving in
August to go to grad school and I do not want my final upgrade to be
lost because it is registered to that company instead of me.

Cindy
