Hi Kathy,
Try to find the upgrade card to your unit. The Voice Note is enough
different from the braille note that it could cause you more problems.

Well, bad geek work, but it's working now. Thanks to all who made
suggestions. If I knew how I'd reload 6.11 into this system as I think it
may not be totally well, but I'll bumble and grumble on. Can I use my
husband's 6.11 upgrade CF card from his Braillenote on my Voicenote or
would I need to copy figure out what and where mine is? I got a few
different CF cards with my unit and one of those may be the upgrade
software...don't know yet.
