Hello Pam and list:

As you have correctly pointed out Pam, the channels are reversed on the
BrailleNote mPower as tests we have done this morning have also confirmed.

We are investigating whether it might be possible to address this in a
future KeySoft release.

Thank you for pointing this out.

Subject: [Braillenote] stereo channel reversal on the MPower

Hi,

At least that seems to be the case with mine. My headphones have a
braille l on them so that you can tell which is the left channel. I
was just noticing that when listening to things in stereo with say the
Muvo or other .mp3 players, left truly is left, and things that should
be heard on the right are in fact on the right. When I listen with the
headphones in the MPower, I have to reverse the headphones and put the
left side on my right in order to get the correct effect. No big deal
since I can do that, but just wondered why this is the case, and if
anybody else has noticed this.

Pam
