I'm using Keysoft 5.1 build 19. I have reset the BN several times, but the
file won't play. The BN just freezes when I try to play it.

After seeing your message, I put the mPower tour file Jonathan released
shortly after the mPower line was announced on my VoiceNote running
KeySoft 6.11 and it plays with no problem. Try doing a simple reset and
see if you can play it. I don't remember which version of KeySoft you
mentioned using but maybe that could be the problem but don't know. That
file is playing off a compact flash card in my VN as I type this message
on my computer and it sounds fine.
