David, It's either a "ksd or a CDB" file. It's no secret. It's been discussed here a hundred times or more. I just wouldn't go deleting system files unless I was told to do so by someone who knew what they were doing. I for one wouldn't tell my student to do this since I've no idea which one is the appropriate one. the info is public knowledge, just use discretion if doing it. Isaac
