It's either a "ksd or a CDB" file. It's no secret. It's been discussed 
here a hundred times or more. I just wouldn't go deleting system files 
unless I was told to do so by someone who knew what they were doing. I for 
one wouldn't tell my student to do this since I've no idea which one is 
the appropriate one. the info is public knowledge, just use discretion if 
doing it.
