I can tell you that my unit was gone for a couple of weeks for
transplanting and I received my unit back on Tuesday, November 15.

hHi everyone:
I sent my braillenote back for repair a few months a go. Humanware
has just recieved the check so they can continue with the servicing
that needs to be done. My question is, how long should it take for
the unit to be sent back to me? when I called to ask, they informed
both my father and I that the unit would be shipped with in a day of
them recieving the check. It has been nearly two weeks, and the last
time I called, they said they were waiting for a part to be
delivered. What do I do in regards to this problem?
