As much as you probably don't want to hear this, I'm afraid that what you
have described sounds like a hardware issue and your BrailleNote will need
to come back to Humanware to be looked at.  You may want to contact your
local Humanware office before sending the BrailleNote as arrangements will
need to be made beforehand.
