I don't know which kind of keyboard you have. After using a BT for five years, I've gotten a QT, and have noticed that, if I'm not careful, instead of the right shift, I'll hit the up arrow! This has made for some interesting exercises in using the block commands menu! Don't know if that will help, but it's a thought.
