Dear Les: Tell me about this Western Digital Transport. I've never heard of
it before. How big is it Les and where on the Braille Note do you plug it in.
Curious.

Subject: [Braillenote] External 80 GB Hard Drive

Good Morning,

I ordered the Western Digital Transport on Saturday from Amazon.com. It
shipped out on Monday, and although the arrival date was estimated to be
Wednesday, December 14, it arrived yesterday, over a week sooner than
projected. Not bad! As I was having problems using Norton Ghost to create
an image on my other external hard drive which requires AC power, I wanted
to use Ghost on this drive. As it was formatted as Fat32, I could not, and
had to erase the partition and create an NTFS partition. I was able to
create a Ghost Image, which suggests something is either wrong with or
modifications are necessary with the other external drive. Of course, now
the BN cannot see the new drive, as it is NTFS. So I will recreate the
partition and format for Fat32. I'm glad I have two external drives now, as
I will use the 120 GB AC powered drive for the image, and use hthe 80 GB
drive for backing up files from both my PC and the BN.
Best Regards,

Les
