Hi Sandra, If you're not doing this already, try holding down the enter key while turning on the unit and see if that helps. Good morning, list. When I turnmy BN on I get a message, "one handed mode; press enter to exit." Pressing enter does nothing! I'm still in one handed mode. What can I do?
