You can't just download the book volvmes automatically. You have to save the files individually. Space with s then you tell the pk where you want it saved. Name the file, but give it a .brf extension or it won't be regible. Then go back to the NLS page for the next volume. It would be nice if they let us download all the books as one file, even if it's a zip. Jane
