Dan,
Mr. Jackson is one of the nicest people you'd want to talk to. I've done 
business with him and he's very, very nice! He's nicer than I deserved 
because I was slow sending him his product. He didn't get mad once! He 
didn't utter a cross word at all. Plesse believe me, he means no harm.
the reason you're getting a lot of questions is because one word is a noun 
and the other is a verb. You're using the verb.
that second lettle should be an O as in OOOOHHHHH! Not an A as in aaahhh!
