Hello Christopher, If the power switch is on and you have performed the service reset, with the BrailleNote still failing to start, I'm afraid you will need to send it to Concord to be serviced. In case the audio is just not being heard for some strange reason and the earphone output is still active, plug a pair of earphones into the BrailleNote and see if you have any luck using it that way.
