Hello Christopher,

If the power switch is on and you have performed the service reset, with the
BrailleNote still failing to start, I'm afraid you will need to send it to
Concord to be serviced.  In case the audio is just not being heard for some
strange reason and the earphone output is still active, plug a pair of
earphones into the BrailleNote and see if you have any luck using it that
way.

Hello Dean,

I am writing because my just got mPower is not working, I have only
had it for now 3-4 days now, I pluged it in last night so it would be
charged, it did not need to be charged but form every one on her
talking about the system drain battires fast I figured its safe
because it has the not over charge thing in it.  I tryed the side
reset button and that did NOTHING, so then I try the reset with record
and that did also NOTHING I have stuff tomorrow that I NEED it.

Dean if you could please help I would greatly be thankful if you are
able to do so.
