Kathy, The Braillenote uses windows ce software. It is not likely to pick up any viruses! this is the beauty of the notetaker. So if someone wants to leave a cookie on your system, why not tell them yes? It can't hurt. I use a DOS system daily and I always accept cookies because it gets me on the system. I never find cookies on my sytem though because my browser doesn't save them. My browser is Lynx(the cat) this is a unix browser. many use a shell account to read and respond to their mail and use the PC to browse websites. I do this. Isaac
