It's good for those of us who don't have an Ethernet or wireless card for
our BrailleNote devices. I also use CF cards, but I let the files download
to my PC and then use ActiveSync to transfer them to the PK CF card.

Subject: [Braillenote] Why use Active Stink?

Greetings:

There is lots of interest in making MS Activesync work smoothly; however,
my question is more fundamental:

Aside from coordinating the MS OUTLOOK calendars & appointments, why use
Activesync? For file transfer I use cf cards and this just seems far
simpler.

Thank you for helping me understand.
