You can save the file to a txt file within adobe7.  Just go to the file
menue and press v on your PC.

You won't be able to read a PDF document on your BN.  You will need to use
another program to convert the file to text.  Packages like K1000 and
OpenBook can do this.  I know there are cheaper methods as well, but I'm not
familiar with those, so I hope someone with more knowledge in this area will
post.

I am having a problem with a Pdf file. I downloaded this file into the
download folder. Should I have downloaded it into the general folder? There
are a bunch of numbers and symbols showing up in the document when I open
