Then my vote is to add in the general search command so that the Notes section can be searched and you could at least find the information you wrote. For instance, if I wrote and note but forgot whose name I put it with, well, then it's a hunt and peck method checking each entry until I find it again. Guess I'd better remember, huh? But I do like it.

Jean, something dawned on me regarding your "notes" question. Because notes are written for each specific name, you wouldn't find "notes", because they are all individualized by the last and first name entered in the field prompts. That would make them specific to each field.
