Hello Rusty,

The security patch will need to be run each time the BrailleNote battery
goes completely flat or the 456 reset is performed.

At this time, I can only advise you to ensure that the date and time are set
correctly on the BrailleNote and to run the patch again when necessary.
While the patch hasn't fixed all the known issues with web browsing in
KeySoft 6.11, it has fixed a majority of them and we are working to continue
the improvement of the web browsing experience for classic BrailleNote
users.
