I did contact Tech Support. Curiously enough, I *think* the person was Sam? Or I may have gotten her name wrong. Anyhow, it's going to be sent in soon. Tomorrow or Monday, depending on how it behaves-- you see the Braille display came back. So I'm really confused *sigh*

I still think it needs fixing though, so I'm going to watch it and see.
