Hello! First of all, you did not say where you live. In some foreign countries the governments will supply folks who are blind the necessary equipment to be educated. If you live in the United States, You may wish to contact your state vocational Services for the blind and they could write up a plan so that you could receive the equipment you need to help you in your schooling. If there is a local agency for the blind in your area, they would also be a good resource to either obtain an mpower dirrectly or they could help you write a leter of justification for the school district or whomever else you may use. No doubt, there are plenty of professional workers on this list who can guide you further, this is just a start. Here's hopiearlsng you will have an mpower in your hands very soon.
