It is because I am using the PK, which I mentioned in a previous
note, but not this last one since I was replying to Sarah's note.
I have done it with a Voice Note running Keysoft 6.11 without a problem.
However, not with the PK.
A tad bit frustrating.
I have done standard resets and soft resets. I am not ready to try a
hard reset.
I guess I will need to be patient and wait for Monday when the
support folks might be back.

After reading your last message I decided to try downloading a book
from nls web braille.
I went to the site and located a book I wanted. I clicked on the
link containing the br number and after several seconds it came up
showing the http line.
I did a control with s on the qt which would be a space with s on the bt.
I was asked for a folder name and selected one and hit enter.
I was asked for a file name and gave it one with a .brf extension
and again hit enter.
Once I got the "saved" message I exited the browseer and opened the
book in the book reader. It opened as a braille book just as it should.
Not sure why you're having this problem. I don't recall if you said
which version of keysoft you're using but I'm using 6.11 here.
If you done all of this, and it still doesn't work properly, you may
want to try a reset, either a simple one or the 4 5 6 reset and see
if that will help.
It certainly works here, so must be something strange on your end
and maybe the reset would clear it.
