Jeff,

I have a question that may be particular to the Ambicom or just in
general. Should the mPower be on or off when you insert the card? I am
pretty sure the manual said on. However, every single time I insert the
card the mPower freezes and I have to do a reset. After the reset, I
can insert it without it freezing. Yes, I have the patch and all other
random instances of freezing have stopped. Technically, I haven't
actually been able to use the card but it has found a network so I am
assuming that it will work when I have proper access. I tried it at
school but I don't have access because they require a security login
software. Since I graduated in December, I did not look into getting
permission for my MAC address as a permanent guest or other wise.

Thanks for any information you or anyone can give on this problem.

Cindy
