Hi Steph,

The reason you find the original message in computer Braille is because the
message needs to be translated from your default Braille grade to unicode.
If it wasn't, your email recipients would receive rubbish from you and
wouldn't be able to make sense of your email.

You would be best to write in computer Braille rather than using any options
available to you such as changing grades in the block commands menu as this
will change the case of characters and other issues can arise if this option
isn't used correctly though I'm happy to assist you further with this option
should you wish to still use it. However I would recommend that you either
just use computer Braille in the original message or insert the whole reply
at the start of your message as these would be the quickest ways to compose
email as KeySoft stands.

Subject: [Braillenote] Email question

Hi everyone,
I was wondering why I need to write in computer braille when I include
the original message of an email. I can write in grade 2 until I try to add
something in response to the original message, then I need to write
computer braille and the original message is also in computer braille. Is
there a way to fix this so everything is in grade 2?
Steph
