Hello Rusty, The patch for KeySoft 6.11 is available on the BrailleNote downloads section of the Humanware website.
For the list member experiencing this issue with the mPower, there is no patch as this issue has been rectified. Can you please advise me as to where on the Ebay website the encountered problem is occurring?
