HI, You need to turn the highlight attribute off and also any other attributes that Jaws is highlighting. Jaws is I believe by default set to show you any colour change and show you any text that is highlighted etc. These are usually represented by a combination of dots usually shown below the line of your actual real text. I've always found that it is a good idea to have your display set to six dots and have your cursors only represented by either dot 7 or dot 8. These options are all in the Jaws Braille options found in config manager.
