This is Joseph. Try Fn+O and Read+I, then type a, c, d
then i. After pressing A, if the gauge is inaccurate,
the battery information is not updated. After typing C
and the number range is low, then you should consider
replacing the battery. After pressing d and you get
the same number, you should consider replacing the
battery. After pressing i and the BN gives you a
number roughly between 40 and 50, then you should send
your unit. If the battery is 3 years old then you
should imnmediately contact HumanWare to replace the
battery (batteries lasts approximately 1 to 2 years,
typically 1.5 years.). I hope this information may
help you.
