I don't know if this has been asked about the FM radio tuner--is one able to
scan the FM dial to find the station they want yet they don't know its
frequency numbers?

Subject: [Braillenote] FM radio

Hi list:

I've noted a bit of activity regarding the FM radio on the BrailleNote
mPower.

Any connected cable will be used as the antenna for the radio so you are not
restricted in what earphones will work. However, you may find that you get
better performance out of some pairs of earphones than others.

Once you have plugged your earphones in and started the FM radio, there is a
command to bypass the earphone output so audio will come through the
speaker. As soon as you exit the radio, you are warned that the speaker is
being disconnected and all audio will be heard via the earphones as normal.
