Alison,

Have your student try the following:

>From within a Keyword document:
Go into the Template Menu with BACKSPACE with ENTER with dots 2346.
End conditional suppression: E.

See if this solves the problem. If not, get back to us and we'll try something
else.

Sarah

Hi Alison,

Before I attempt to answer your question, what keyboard is your student
using, Braille or qwerty?

Subject: [Braillenote] supression

I work with a young boy who is new to using the braille note. recently
he hit a combination of keys that has turned on something called
suppression. when we print we get a mess, words contracted with an
apostrophe t etc become words like didn'that etc. anyone know how to
help?

thanks,
alison
