Hi Al,
I'm not certain at which stage of the attempted connection you got that
error. If you were actually getting on a web site or getting Email and
trying to send any you had written, doing a 4 5 6 reset can fix the problem
enabling you to send your Email. If you weren't making connection at all,
the unit recognized a network was there but you couldn't do anything with
it, this may mean you need to attempt to reconfigure the connectivity
connection by deleting what you had for the hotel network and starting
again. Usually scanning for a network connection is best, then if all is
well, try going to a website or attempt to download any Email you have. If
it works, you are in business. Going to a web site is the best test
though! There is another type of network which won't work with the BN but
can't recall what that is. Then there is the ambicom card itself. If you
have a PCMCIA adapter, try the side slot. If you have been using the side
slot, try the back slot.

Hi All,
I recently spent several days in a hotel that had free wireless access to
the internet, unfortunately whenever I tried to connect I kept getting an
error 10060 message. My questions are 1: what does that mean, and 2: what
must I do to get rid of it?
I am using KS6.11 with the recommended wireless card on my BrailleNote BT.
