Hello Paul:

I don't think there is any way these new MPoweres will work with the old cases. 
 Sorry to tell you that, but you will definitely want access to all the ports.

Also, on the subject of email, if you cann stand one more opinion, I get around 
500 messages daily and the MPower hasn't broken under the load yet.  The only 
time I have have any kind of slowdown is when my son is in the next room 
playing games, but that's not the MPower's fault, just my narrow broadband.

I'm glad you'll be upgrading, I think you'll really enjoy it
