Well Bob,

We sometimes risk it and use battery I must say, but I don't like any
extra hums picked up on recordings and that's the main drawback.

Hopefully it *will* be fixed soon.

Subject: RE: [Braillenote] Possible battery solution for M Power users

Hi, Carol: It's a shame that your battery woes are such, that you cannot
use your unit when you'd like to. Would you be able to use it with
electricity, and just use the battery, say, when you're out? That way,
you could more fully enjoy your M-power. No one should ever be in a
position of not being able to use a piece of equipment, because they're
afraid it'll crash. This is especially true, after the equipment has
been in for repair. I sincerely hope you can solve your problem, with a
minimum of frustration. God bless. Bob and Maxy-wax
