Hi Vicki, No, my Voicenote mPower's ac adapter came in two parts as well, and, like Julie, I thought one of the parts was missing, but it was not. The newer Braillenotes shipping with Keysoft 6,11 also came with the adaptor in two parts, as a friend of mine purchased a Braillenote in May this year. However, when I purchased my original Voicenote QT 4 years ago, the adaptor consisted of the part that plugged into your power supply at one end, while the other end plugged into the Voicenote itself.
