Yes, I did do the Engineers' reset, because I was instructed to do so,
but I only do it when there really is no other hope!

Yes, the gague did say it was inaccurate and we have tried to do a
recalibrate, as the battery has already charged and discharged a number
of times since it was replaced, but we're still not managing to
calibrate . . ..
