Subject: [Braillenote] updated version of Jaws KeyNote driver posted toHumanware website

Recently, it was announced on this email list that a driver is now available for download on the Humanware website that enables BrailleNote users who are
also Jaws users, to use the BrailleNote as a remote synthesizer with the
Jaws for Windows screen reader.

A problem was immediately brought to our attention that the driver would not
install under Jaws 6.2 and the installer has been updated accordingly to
rectify this problem.

The new driver is available to download at the following website address:

http://www.humanware.com/Products/Notetakers/braillenote_downloads.asp

Please note that Humanware has not developed this software and therefore,
all bug reports, suggestions and comments should be directed as advised in
the software installation.

WindowEyes users do not need to acquire any additional software at this time
as the capability has always existed to use the BrailleNote as a voice
synthesizer or as a Braille display, irrespective of the operating system in
use.
