Hi, This unfortunately happened to my BNPK in June, and like Diane, I ended up having to send it back. I'm forwarding this message back to the list because this is one thing you can try before returning the BNPK.

I haven't been following this, but if you haven't already, erase the
keysoft.ksd file and then do a simple reset immediately. You'll have to set
your date and time and voice settings again, but it should get you out of
one-handed mode. My qt got stuck in one-handed mode shortly after I got it. It was scary. It didn't cause any problems except it kept telling me I was
in one-handed mode.  See if this helps.

gonna have to send my BNPK back to the shop.  I can't get it out of
one-handed mode, and I can't do anything in one-handed mode, either. So, do
I send it to Ca, or NZ?  I'll call CA tomorrow, but a heads-up would be
nice.
This is agravating!  This has never happened to pcs that I have purchased.
