When I had two students using the Braille note in my class, and wanted to
make sure I gave them the correct one, I placed a fuzzy green dot on the BN
on the plastic at the top left hand corner. When the students opened the
case, they would find the dot or no dot and then they'd know which BN they
had.

Hi guys,
At thispoint, perhaps the best thing to do is get plastic name tags and 
write in braille and print. Put it on the strap of the braillenote 
carrying case. I think that's a good workaround for now.
