I apologize if this come through twice. I am using webmail and the send button
sent me to an error page.

I have noticed this happening on my mPower qwerty. If you are using this type
of keyboard, the right shift is very small compared to a regular keyboard and I
have noticed myself accidentally hitting the up arrow instead of the shift.
Currently, I just use a lowercase letter and avoid the shift key. I can always
go back and fix it later. One thing I will probably do is but a felt pad on the
shift so I can easily tell which key I am on.

Hopefully, that was helpful. If your using a braille keyboard, I have no
suggestions, sorry.
