Hi Leslie. Firstly, if you shut the PK completely down by holding down C1 and C4, you will indeed lose your pairing with your Bluetooth devices, and will need to start again. This is expected behaviour, because when you turn the PK off like this, you are shutting the system completely down.
Can you tell us more about anything you are doing before you lose contact with your keyboard? Yes or No State Services for the Blind in St. Paul access assistant taught me how to use the bluetooth keyboard last Thursday. I keep to practice with it. Many, I say again, "many" times it works NOT but somethime, I say again, "sometime" it works. It seems to me it is NOT reliable. I want to know why. I tested the batteries but they are fine. I can not find a hint or know the true problem. I also see If I turn the PK power off and on with C4 only. It will work fine but once it was not work. If I turn PK power on and off with C1 and C4, then I must setup again. I hope you could help me to see where is the problem. It is pretty sissy to me.
