You are already in the forms mode on,but this makes it work?
We will have to try it.

Dar, when you get to a combo box like that you hit enter to open it,
then type the letter of your state and space if there are other
states that begin with that letter. Once you get to your state, hit
enter again to make it stay.

states then zip code.
