I just sent mine in for transplant, and it's a potential tip to know that,
however you send yours in, that's how you'll get it back.  For example, if
you totally splurge and send it next day delivery, the company will return
it to you the same way and it cuts down on time, though it is pricy.

I can't answer your first question, however, I can tell you that it
is possible for you to call and find out your place on the list. In
my case, I called on Monday to find out my place on the list and was
told that it would probably be in the next two weeks.  On Tuesday,
Humanware called me and told me that I could send my unit in for the
transplant.  I'm looking forwarded to being Mpowered.At 08:10 AM
