It may be that your database is corrupted somehow. You may need to delete
and recreate your keymail.cdb file. Rhonda or someone can tell you where
to locate the appropriate files to delete and recreate. I have done this
once or twice and that usually cures the qwerks I had in my Email. Of
course, the reset is the first thing one should try. If the problem
persists though, delete that Keymail.cdb file. I can't recall where it is
presently.

thout having to take any action?
Because when I decided to keep message number 5 of the 5 with the same
subject line, all 5 of the messages were moved unbidden to the same place.
