Rhonda,
I have the M-Power QT.  However, I moved the "folders" from e-Mail to a CF card 
when I had the Classic.

*  When I put the CF card in the slot,  I can  only read the folder names.  If 
I enter on a  name,  no individual file from that folder is shown.
*  Yes, I used the "backup" in Utilities.
