Kathy, I'm beginning to agree with you, your VN may be possessed. I have never
seen one with a wiggly keyboard, and I've never seen one display some of the
other odd behaviors you have mentioned. It might be time to get it looked at,
pain in the neck that that might be.

Subject: [Braillenote] Is Wiggle Normal?

Once again this message was lost first time through, so please forgive me for
not spell checking until I solve these problems. I'm wondering if those of you
who have the qwerty keyboard could tell me, does your keyboard wiggle slightly
front to back? I thought the movement I felt was in individual keys, but I
realized tonight, that it is the keyboard moving as a whole front to back just
a fraction of an inch, but early not solidly attached to the unit. I'm having
continuing problems after deleting the keysoft.ksd file to fix my reading by
character problem, and am grasping at straws trying to figure out what is wrong
and how to get it fixed. It seems nobody else has had that read by character
problem I had in the way I had it. I'm really starting to believe my unit is
possessed, and am almost hoping this play in the keyboard isn't normal and that
it got bumped hard enough to do this in shipping and my problems can be
repaired. I swear I don't know what to think. After a reset
  my unit
said keymenu rather than main menu, it is denying me access to my database
when I try to write in a maill message after editing part of it. things are too
strange, as Ghost Busters say, this is not normal behavior for household
appliances. I would really feel better if someone could tell me they've had
similar experiences and that it can all be fixed with a simple screw driver
rather than an exorcism.
