Kathy, I'm beginning to agree with you, your VN may be possessed. I have never seen one with a wiggly keyboard, and I've never seen one display some of the other odd behaviors you have mentioned. It might be time to get it looked at, pain in the neck that that might be.

After a reset my unit said keymenu rather than main menu, it is denying me access to my database when I try to write in a maill message after editing part of it. things are too strange, as Ghost Busters say, this is not normal behavior for household appliances.
