OK, did someone say there was a patch. Forgive me, I am only just now catching up--took me three days to get caught up. I could have used the PC, but I am *that* stubborn, I refused to quit using the BrailleNote to download messages, even if I had to do it in stages. Speaking of which ... I gotta send this darned thing back in *again* <sigh>. I'm getting sick and tired of this! I just sent it in in May for a Braille display cleaning. Jane
