This is Joseph. To disable blinking of cursor:
1. Press Inser+number row 6. This will start JAWS
Configuration Manger.
2. Press CTRL+Shift+d to open default.jcf file.
3. Press Alt+s for Settings menu, then B for Braille
Options.
4. Navigate the dialog until you find Cursor Settings
button. Press enter.
5. Select PC cursor and be sure to select either
always up or always down. (I recommend always up
because you can see your cursor.)
6. Press enter. On the Braille settings dialog,
navigate to OK and press enter.
7. Press alt+f4 and press Y for yes. Your cursor will
not blink from now on.
To move by sentence, press alt+up arrow to read prior
sentence or alt+down arrow to read the next sentence.
To read the current sentence, press alt+numpad 5. I
