Hi Terri,

Okay, I'll bite. How do you change the subject line when replying to a message?

Thanks,

Rachael

Subject: re: [Braillenote] comments about the QT manual

I am a little disappointed in the QT manual. Below are my comments:

1. In the braille volume, email addresses and URLs aren't in computer braille and they should always be written in computer braille.

2. No mention was made about copying an email address from the header of the email into the address book. All email programs I have used contain this feature along with instructions on how to use it. There should also be a choice in the email action menu.

3. Some odd characters are appearing in the electronic manual. When I place the cursor on them, I am told the characters are double open quotation mark and double closed quotation mark. Obviously, it is not the standard quotation marks because they aren't supported by Duxbury. It's quite annoying to see the wrong symbols. Could you please use the standard quotation marks. Turn off "smart quotes" or do whatever it takes for your word processor to create the right ones.

4. When I read the manual using read with help, some of the words are chopped off. I've seen this in previous manuals, too.

5. nother Keymail feature I didn't find instructions about was how to change the subject line in a message I'm replying to. After some experimenting, I figured out how to do it.

6. I couldn't find anything about the odd strap on the carrying case. What is the thick velcro strip used for and what is the tiny velcro patch used for?

That's about all I can remember.
