Hi Evelyn, Do you have an 18 or 32 cell display? If you hit the advance thumb key, does the remainder of the message display? I was working with a deaf/blind student the other day with her teacher, and I found that not much is displayed on an 18 cell line. We usually had to scroll the display to get entire prompts displayed. Best Regards,
