I had that happen. What I did to fix it was to first do a reset with dots 1 2 3 held down (which I guess would be d e f vor a VoiceNote. Then I erased my Windows folder. Then I erased my dictionaries folder. (Both of these are on the flash disk. Actually, I think I renamed my old dictionaries folder and let the mPower create a new one). Once I'd gotten the old Windows and Dictionaries folders out of the way, I did a reset. I think it had me do one last 4 5 6 (j k l) reset, then one last regular reset, and I was out of the loop. I don't know how the reset loop gets going, but apparently in some kinds of lock-ups, files get corrupted and have to be gotten rid of.

Good luck.

Peggy <glad to hear she's not the only one this has happened to, and hoping Humanware figures out how to keep this from happening in future releases>

Hi All,
I got my MPower Transplant a while ago and had to send it back due to problems. I just received it back Thursday and last night when I was on a web site it locked up and I had to reset the unit. This is when I had the reset problem and need someones help! Once I did the reset it then said please reset with the JKL. So, I did that and then it came up saying it needed to reset so I did a reset. It is in a loop of the two resets. I have also tried doing the record, reset, jkl to see if that would help and it did not. If anyone has any suggestions please help!
Thank you,
Tiffany
