Well, until I upgraded I wanted that option checked because the BN loses
time and it was much easier for me to get the computer to reset it, less
time used and so forth.

There is an option in Activesync under tools/options to turn off clock
synchronisation.  However, if you still want this feature enabled, you
would
have to adjust the time settings on your PC under date and time in the
control panel.
