I agree, I could never send it off while in school for that reason, being a
Spanish major, the BN was my primary tool.

Now that's a suggestion I wish could be implemented. It's one reason I
don't want to send my unit in for cleaning, or a check of the braille
display or anything. I don't feel I can be without it, and i've heard it
can take a long time to get it back. I don't know if that is true or not,
but i dread being without my BN.

it's funny to feel that way, because my primary computing is done on my PC,
but I do all my web braille, write notes, keep a copy of my address book,
everything like that on the BN. I'm going off this weekend to read the new
Harry Potter book with a friend, but my BN will be coming along with me just
in case something comes up and i need it.

Subject: [Braillenote] A suggestion for Humanware

Hi,
I was thinking and I have a suggestion. When people send their units in for
work, Humanware could send out loner units so people won't be
inconvenienced. That's what FS did w/ the Braille and Speak. Just a thought.
